About WatchComps
1.1) Watch Comps organizes competitions for a chance to win luxury watches. Watch Comps Ltd has a registered office at Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, IP28 7DE. For any inquiries, feel free to email us at info@watchcomps.com, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Please note, our registered address differs from our postal entry address, which can be found in the relevant section of these terms and conditions.
About the competitions
2.1) The competition is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older and living in the UK, except for Watch Comps employees, their family members, or anyone connected with the running of the competition. You must also be located in the UK when participating.
2.2) To enter the competition, you must agree to these terms and conditions.
2.3) Users must answer a skill-based question, typically a multiple-choice question, to enter the competition. Winners will be selected using a random number generator in a live social media video. The winner will be notified either by the registered telephone number or email provided when purchasing the ticket.
2.4) If you win, with your prior consent, your name, location, images, and videos of you and your prize may be used by Watch Comps in marketing materials to promote the competition.
2.5) Each competition lasts for a maximum of 30 days. As soon as a competition sells out, we will arrange the live draw. All draws are random, picked using a tried and tested random number generator algorithm.
2.6) The user must provide proof of identity by showing photographic ID when claiming the prize.
2.7) Ticket prices vary from competition to competition. Payment will be accepted by credit or debit card.
2.8) The competition is subject to UK laws and regulations, as Watch Comps Ltd is based in the UK.
2.9) Users will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions through email notifications.
Payments and charges
3.1) The cost of participating is based on the number of tickets you buy.
3.2) Ticket prices are payable in UK pounds sterling (£).
3.3) Payment is required for your tickets to be valid, unless entering by post.
Marketing messages
4.1) If you opt in to receive marketing, we may send you marketing messages based on your communication preferences.
4.2) If you don’t want to receive marketing messages from Watch Comps, please click the “unsubscribe” link in marketing emails. You can also send an email with a subject of ‘opt out of marketing’ to info@watchcomps.com.
Important information
5.1) If you win, we will ask you for a suitable location to personally deliver your prize. This could be a local hotel, restaurant, or public place. It doesn’t have to be your home address.
5.2) The content on our website is general information and is not intended to be used as advice.
5.3) We’ll always try to keep our website up-to-date, but we can’t promise or guarantee that it will be.
5.4) Watch Comps Ltd will not be held liable for any losses, damages, negligence, wrongful acts, infringement of your rights, or otherwise, even if they can be predicted in advance, when connected with:
5.4.1) your taking part in our competition;
5.4.2) problems with taking part in our competition;
5.4.3) your use of or reliance on our website content. In particular, we will not be liable for:
5.4.3.1) loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue;
5.4.3.2) business interruption;
5.4.3.3) loss of anticipated savings;
5.4.3.4) loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
5.5) This competition is operated under the laws of England and Wales and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Free entry method
6.1) In accordance with regulation, all of our competitions have a free entry method. To enter a competition by post, please send one handwritten first-class stamped addressed postcard to: WATCH COMPS LTD, Unit 106019, PO Box 7169, Poole, BH15 9EL – with your name, date of birth, full address, email address, mobile phone number, chosen competition, and your answer to the question.
6.2) Postal entries are limited to one free entry per competition per person/account per postcard. Postcards sent in envelopes will be deemed invalid. If all steps are not completed, postal entries will be invalid.
6.3) Only clearly handwritten entries will be accepted. Typed, printed, or automatically generated entries or entries deemed to be automatically generated will not be entered and deemed invalid.
6.4) Watch Comps Ltd will not be held responsible for entries that do not arrive before a competition closes or that get lost in the post. A competition may close due to all entries being allocated or the countdown timer of the competition reaching zero.
6.5) You must create an account before sending postal entries. Watch Comps Ltd reserves the right to ban anyone suspected of misuse, which includes holding or opening multiple accounts. Automated entries or suspected automated entries will be deemed invalid.
6.6) Harassment, abuse, or threats will not be tolerated. These actions will result in a permanent ban, account closure, and withdrawal of entries at WatchComps’ sole discretion.
6.7) Entries cannot be made on behalf of other people under any circumstances. Only one entry per postcard is permitted.
